Is it true that 90% of court cases in the United States are won by the wealthier party?

that is kind of disturbingIs it true that 90% of court cases in the United States are won by the wealthier party?
Did you Know that 76% of statistics are made up lol

that's a joke by the way

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful to your question but I would believe that statement im not surprised the wealthier party wins most of the timeIs it true that 90% of court cases in the United States are won by the wealthier party?
Maybe not as high as 90%, but wealthier party do usually have the upper hand in a courtroom dispute. Some corrupt judges can be bought over just as some of the police force.

I am unsure of the severity or the exact percentage of this question, but one thing that I know for a fact is that it does happen through money. Most rich people can get away with some sick crimes in the USA if they have the finance as history shows clearly. Fraud is more likely imprison (and for a longer sentence) a weather person than murder in the UK, which is even sicker.

Its definitely disturbing

Money walks, Money talks
Yes. Most of them are fraudulent attempts to extort money out of deep pockets. The victims of the extortion should win.
I have never seen anything that would show me that is true.

Do you have a source to cite?

I bet that is false.
I wouldn't bet it is that high but you ALWAYS get the best representation that money can buy and the cheaper defendant usually gets the ';guilty'; verdict.
Probably true, wealthier people would be able to pay more than the poor people to win a case.
