Yes www.asitis.com the Bhagavad Gita as it is Translated by Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada, is the science of the eternal Soul and about karma reincarnation and how to transcend material nature. Can I get some links to some cases/stories of reincarnation?
Not now, but some should be available in the next life.
Reincarnation was made up by a lot of imaginary people, those that say they were in regression can make up wonderful stories.Who can tell them it didn't happen? Its a win win situation for them but its right up there with believers of area 51.

  • Why does blood pressure always check in cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever?

thx for ur answer. ill be waiting..Why does blood pressure always check in cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever?
because if the difference between the systolic and distolic (the top and bottom numbers of a BP) are close together (i.e. 20mmHg) then this is a indicator for dengue feverWhy does blood pressure always check in cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever?
in the absence of a definitve test for dengue, one may use the torniquet test which when positive may be presumptive of the diagnosis of dengue in endemic areas. Prior to the conduct of the test, one must determine the blood pressure of the patient because this will serve as the basis for the mean arterial pressure value which is required during the torniquet test.

Also, blood pressure is a vital sign (and so are the cardiac rate, temperature, respiratory rate) which is required not only of patients with dengue but of all patients going into the emergency room. Blood pressure is also required in dengue patients in order to classify the severity of the disease (dengue has 4 stages). Thus, using only the BP, one may readily institute measures necessary to save the life of the patient.
blood pressure is checked in dengue fever to determine the pulse pressure which is the difference betweeen the diastolic and systolic pressure. when this becomes 20 or less, that is not a good sign. during this stage if you check hematocrit levels, hemoconcentration may be noted thus, expect possible bleeding tendencies.

Has anybody ever experienced any real life cases in which hepatitis c was transmitted during sex?

I am wondering if anyone has ever had any real exp or known anyone. I appreciate everyones help!Has anybody ever experienced any real life cases in which hepatitis c was transmitted during sex?
Please go to a more accurate website to gather information. Hepatitis C (HCV) is a blood borne virus. NO BLOOD = NO VIRUS!!

There have been many reliable studies conducted, Johns Hopkins did one and numerous studies were conducted in European clinics, there was NO infection transmitted by ordinary sexual activity, with or without condoms.

HCV is NOT an STD. There was an attempt made to bundle HCV in with HIV, that was shot down. It was an attempt made by HIV organizations. It seems they wanted the pittance spent on HCV study in addition to their current (much larger) funding. It would not have helped HCV studies at all! C. Everrett Koop, former Surgeon General, spoke out against the proposal at many meetings, and ultimately the plan was rejected.

Studies of more than 1000 couples showed no transmittal of HCV to the non-infected spouse over the course of 7 years (to date - the study is continuing) as pertaining to those engaged in ';normal'; intercourse. Further, uninfected children were born of uninfected mothers during the course of the study.

There were instances of an uninfected spouse developing HCV, but in every case the genotype specifics did not match those of the infected spouse, implying that IDU continued among some of the non-infected, when they really should have known better. Just because you don't share a needle with an infected spouse doesn't mean you can assume that nobody else you share a needle with is infected!

The anal sex may put you at risk, or not! Depends on the level of activity. Semen will not cause infection, blood vessels will tear in the rectum, but without a corresponding open sore, etc. there may not be any chance of blood / blood contact. I would suggest condoms with anal sex. HCV is for life, and to minimize likelyhood of transmittal it's a small price to pay. I would advise against rough (S %26amp; M) sexual activities. Blood / Blood contact is virtually assured, and so would transmition of HCV be assured.

Don't just take my word on this. I suggest that a visit to a knowledgable site that updates as they receive current information is something that all should do. Those of us with this virus resent the misinformation that is passed along as ';fact'; by those who have very little knowledge of HCV.Has anybody ever experienced any real life cases in which hepatitis c was transmitted during sex?
my hubby was diagnosed with hep c 5 years ago and went through peg-interferon treatment for 6 months and has had no detectable viral count since he completed his treatment. we never used a condom, we had no idea he had hep C until he was diagnosed after a visit to the doctor for another issue. it's strictly blood-to-blood contact, so perhaps anal sex ';might'; transmit, but doubtful.
Hep C is very hard to transmit with regular sex but a low risk remains. Other types of sex would raise the risk factor significantly unless a condom was used. I do know one man that did drugs when he was young who later infected his wife with hep C but I never asked him about his sex life or sex practices. I do know that neither partner did IV drugs while they were married. Sharing the razor or toothbrush of an infected person can spread the virus rather easily so you can catch hep C many different ways and then the result might get blamed on sexual contact.

    http://www.allabouthepatitisc.com/readyt鈥?/a>
Hep C is now considered a STD. You can get Hep B through sex as well, but last I read C is more commonly transmitted through sex.

Has the been any cases of a mother having MORE THEN 8 babies (octuplets) at once?

ya i rlly think its physically impossible.

poor mother :Has the been any cases of a mother having MORE THEN 8 babies (octuplets) at once?
    |Depends on your definition of ';having';. Someone has had nine babies, but none survived. I'd suspect there have been cases of even more babies conceived and miscarried early, but there's probably no way you'd know.Has the been any cases of a mother having MORE THEN 8 babies (octuplets) at once?
The only way you can concieve that many is with either AI or fertility drugs.
The most babies a woman can have without fertility drugs, is, I think, five (quintuplets). Any more than that requires fertility drugs.
There have been eight reported cases of nonuplets (nine) but none of those babies lived more than 6 days.

According to Wikipedia, there have been cases of human pregnancies that started out with ten, eleven, twelve or fifteen fetuses, but no instances of live births.

And according to this site: http://www3.telus.net/tyee/multiples/oct鈥?/a>

decaplets (ten babies) is the highest that have ever been born in history (in 1924, 1936 %26amp; 1946) . While higher multiples have been conceived, only ten babies were carried long enough to be born.
Yes it IS possible to have more than 8. Maria Dossledorf gave birth to 12 children in an eastern province of the Ukraine in 1947. There was one case in 1912 of a lady that birthed 9 children and another case in the 1800s where a lady delivered 15 NONE of the children survived. The record for the most to survive a birth is currently 9.

as this seems unfair as they now have all the evidence from both party's If a solicitor makes a mistake and finds out they have taken on two clients with cases against each other,?
Its called a professional conflict of interests and the solicitor would be seriously contravening professional ethics to continue to act for both clients. They may have company policy on this, but I guess otherwise the client who was taken on first would be kept on and the other referred. If a solicitor makes a mistake and finds out they have taken on two clients with cases against each other,?
It should NOT happen but I am sure it does from time to time with two different branches of the same firm. i know that this happens ina Barristers Chambers because each Barrister is independent and shares facilities with other barristers The Clerks in Chambers then have a difficult balancing act which they perform with great skill and tactfulness
They really should do a conflict of interests check before they took on either client. How very unprofessional.

That being said, they will need to refer one of those clients elsewhere. If I were one of the parties, I might look for more professional counsel.
If he's seen the evidence, he'd have to resign from both cases.
they should stick with the client that they took on first.

  • Why do most people who claim to be pro-life make an exception in the cases of rape and incest?

If the logic is that the life of the unborn is innocent, then would the unborn produced by rape and incest be any less innocent? Why do most people who claim to be pro-life make an exception in the cases of rape and incest?
If they truly believe in the innocence of an unborn child then there is only one reason to make an exception. They don't want to be vilified by those who see them as having no sympathy for the plight of others. People should stick to their beliefs and not be cowed by others. Why do most people who claim to be pro-life make an exception in the cases of rape and incest?
You're absolutely correct. I think this is a rhetorical question really. It has more to do with a value judgement on the part of the pro-lifers, fallacious as the value judgement may be. They think that a normal pregnancy caused by consentual sex is ';right'; and if the woman accidentally got pregnant or didn't take precautions or just doesn't want the child for whatever reason - tough luck. Now, it's a whole other story if the woman was victimized in some way. Then *of course* she should be able to get rid of the baby because she didn't do anything ';wrong'; to get pregnant. Very similar to the guilty vs. innocent AIDS infection theories.
In cases of incest the unborn child can be born with many different problems and especially if the mother is a teen just having a baby is enough to deal with....As for rape cases I have no answer on that one...unless it's just the thought of how the baby was put there, it could cause a normally stable woman to have massive flashbacks and in turn she could possibly take it out on the child physically or mentally...Rape tends to mess with a woman's mind, I know...been there done that...
    I dont..

  • There are now 466 cases of swine flu in ILLINOIS do you think the flu is spreading slowly or faster than usual?

http://news.yahoo.com/s/hsn/20090511/hl_鈥?/a>There are now 466 cases of swine flu in ILLINOIS do you think the flu is spreading slowly or faster than usual?
Consider that those are only people who have gone to the doctor and been tested for the new flu strain.

Hundreds, maybe even thousands more just in Illinois, have been exposed to it and either fought it off or became ill and recovered without ever seeing a doctor. I don't go to the doctor when I get the flu. I stay at home, drink lots of liquids, take OTC meds to feel better and wait the two or three days it takes to get better. I generally don't get it, but did last year for the first time in about a decade, so I just stayed at home and rested. Many people do the same thing and therefore have never been tested for the strain.

Right before the news broke (which was not immediately when the flu started, by the way, it had been cooking for a little while before the public in general ever heard of it) about a quarter to a third of the kids in my child's grade level at her middle school were sick. They weren't all sick at the exact same time, rather it sort of cycled through them. Many of them had the flu, but worse than usual. And many felt poorly for a week or two afterward, which is a bit longer than usual. It seemed to hang on longer and drag them down a bit more. My daughter missed 4 days of school over it, and I was angry at the time because I had a hard time believing that she felt so bad without any clear symptoms beyond the first couple of days.

I live in Illinois, which is the state with the most confirmed cases right now. Who's to say if those kids hadn't been tested they wouldn't have found some cases then?

Old strains of the flu kill people every year, something along the lines of about 36,000 people in the US. Right now, this flu shouldn't alarm anyone. If it mutates, then there may be cause for worry. But even then, scientists have said it doesn't have the same kind of markers that the flu virus known as the Spanish Flu that killed 40 million people in the early 20th century did. They think it's unlikely that this particular flu virus could come back and cause that kind of damage. I'm sure when they find a virus that does have those potentially devastating characteristics, they will instill panic in the public even more than they have this time.

To answer your specific question, I think it's spreading at about the same rate as regular flu. Clearly not everyone who has been exposed to it has become ill, just like the regular flu. And so far in the US, the only deaths were people who had underlying health conditions. But more people are probably going and being tested when they have flu-like symptoms out of sheer fear than ever do when they get the flu and there is no one using the word ';pandemic'; on television. That escalates the numbers. If no one was talking about this, there would be fewer confirmed cases of any flu because fewer would go to the doctor and end up taking tests.

So it seems that while the media have been right to let us know there's a new virus and what that could potentially mean, they've also managed to freak out a lot of people by using the words ';pandemic'; and even mentioning things like the Spanish Flu and things like SARS the very DAY the news broke about this one.

Because you have the WHO escalating the pandemic ';level'; higher than ever before (remember that the WHO didn't even always have that system, so it's not like we're dealing with the biggest threat ever, just the biggest threat lately) lots of people started imagining worse case scenarios. It's harder to find, but there are a lot of experts out there telling people that this is really not nearly the big deal other outlets are making it out to be.

Yes, it's possible that it could mutate and come back in the fall as a real killer. But that's true of ANY VIRUS. The experts like to point out that this one doesn't have the virulence markers of the 1918 strain that killed millions, and in the next breath hint that it could still happen. They may just be hedging their bets on the chance that it does get worse so they don't look narrow-minded in hindsight.

The good news is that today that slight change is acknowledged and a vaccine as well as medication to help those who have been infected are already being developed. That didn't happen in 1918.There are now 466 cases of swine flu in ILLINOIS do you think the flu is spreading slowly or faster than usual?
i think swine flu has been blown out of all proportion and is not that much of a threat, there is more chance of you dying in a car crash!

The answer to any question like that is typically yes because ';medically brain dead'; is a definition AND doctors are human and make mistakes. The more compelling question is can a person, once brain dead, able to regain all function? The answer is no, because the brain controls most functions.Have there been any cases of people being pronounced medically brain dead regaining all function?
the brain is an unpredictable organ, not sure why some people wake up and some don't. it really depends on why the person became brain dead and how long they went without oxygen, lots of variables make it hard to predict, just hope and pray for the best

This is code, in Israel, for ';Arab Muslim';.

As far as the Christian who was attacked, if he was proselytizing then he should have been arrested and stopped in the first place from doing so. Israel is not a Christian country, and the Jews have fought long and hard to have their own land back. The Jews dont need anyone in there trying to kill their souls with any other religion.

The person who attacked him however, should be brought up on charges. The thing is, the Israeli government is secular, hates religious Jews, and is very very accomodating to bend over backwards for Muslims over Jews every single time. So if it was a Muslim who attacked him, dont count on him getting arrested. Because then the Muslims will threaten to riot, and the Israeli government will cave, as usual.
Like others have said here...all that I can really tell so far from reading that article is:

    1. That the Messianic Christian was in violation of Israeli laws. The state of Israel outlaws coordinated proselytism, precisely because it annoys people, and the Israeli authorities don't want to have to respond to attacks whenever missionaries push people over the edge. I am not encouraging attacks on missionaries in any way--but he was not simply a hapless victim in this; your man was not attacked 'because of his faith in Christ'...he was attacked because he was harrassing people. Jews are probably targeted in Israel for being Jews more often than Christians are targeted for being Christians. Messis in Israel are notorious for being rather aggressive and pushy when they proslytize, and it's no wonder that they drive some individuals--even people who are normally very relaxed and even-mannered--off the deep end. In typical Messie manner, I see that he transformed the actual scenario into one where he is the persecuted innocent suffering at the hands of insensitive, deranged Jews. These people tend to have an almost pathological need to feel persecuted 'because they are Christians (rather than simply accept that Jews don't believe that they follow Judaism?), and their cries for attention become quite hysterical and frequently drown out actual cases of Christian persecution. Perhaps we would like Messis more if they didn't LIE so much...

    2. I really don't find this guy credible at all...there are gaps in his story (the Israeli police let the guy who punched him off without pressing charges...I'm sensing a blank here that needs to be filled. I have an idea that the blank has info that would make Israeli authorities seem more competant and this Messi seem more like a boob, but that's just me...), he levels the nebulous charge of authorities 'not responding fast enough' to an attack (really, how is this objectively verifiable?), and there are plot holes in some of his ramblings (people at the bus stop were calling the police...but no one attempted to physically intervene in the attack? Strange...). It seems that he really wants to believe that the Israeli authorities are 'out to get him.' My suspicions were cinched at the end of the story, when he tried to politicize the matter, suggesting that the Israeli government is responsible for Teitel's victims and needs to be more supportive of Messis. Really, very low of him.

    3. I noticed that Compass Direct News has updates on Christian persecution from all over the world. Some of the lists of stories in nations bordering Israel are pages long...and some of the stuff that happens there is horrific! The section dedicated to Israel is a paltry 5 stories, most of which are Messianic Christian's paranoid attempts to construct 'persecution' that isn't there...including, that worst of all anti-Christian Israeli crimes: the difficulty in finding a non-Arab, Christian cemetary in Israel (gasp)! Tell me, why did you ignore these other countries, and instead chose to pick on Israel? Given some of the bigoted answerers you've gotten, I think I know why...

In fact the Messanic Christains are known for going into Jewish neighborhoods %26amp; seriously harrassing Jews. Seriously so, so he's like very NOT innocent. (Hey I blocked the man from entering his house why aren't you arresting him for pshing me?) However, if anyone assaulted anyone with pepper spray it would result in immediate arrest. Prostelyizing is illegal in Israel. These Messanic groups like to claim hate at them -- for not letting them do what's against the law. There are now 466 cases of swine flu in ILLINOIS do you think the flu is spreading slowly or faster than usual?

http://news.yahoo.com/s/hsn/20090511/hl_鈥?/a>There are now 466 cases of swine flu in ILLINOIS do you think the flu is spreading slowly or faster than usual?

I've never heard of a case. Those who have posted ';yes'; are invited to submit links to case reports.

  • Why are the Swine Flu deaths being made such a big deal of when there are more cases and deaths of normal flu?

Great question. I think that many people are over reacting to the swine flu because it is a different strain of flu than people are used to. Sometimes people over react to things they are not used to. When something new comes up in the area of people's health, it can be scary. That said, you are correct in saying more people die of regular flu. In fact, about 36,000 people die each year in the US from normal flu, and I never hear a panic about it.Why are the Swine Flu deaths being made such a big deal of when there are more cases and deaths of normal flu?
I think you're missing the point - and you're not alone; I've had this *discussion* with friends. I agree lots die from complications linked to seasonal flu BUT their death certificates do not state flu as the cause of death - it's listed as pneumonia, respiratory failure, immune defiency etc. With swine flu the deaths are reported to be from the flu, with the caveat of an underlying illness, however this is never explicitly said though. I.E. they say a girl died from swine flu and had an underlying health problem they NEVER say the health problem contributed to death... why not? According to the British Governments health specialist obesity would be a health issue! So whilst most are moderately ill, some die. A 38yr old pregnant woman couldn't be that ill if she could go abroad on holiday, her death has never been explained. Those with asthma, diabetes etc have a pneumonia jab that lasts for life, clearly pneumonia, the usual killer, can't now be a factor! Why are the Swine Flu deaths being made such a big deal of when there are more cases and deaths of normal flu?
Because things like the Swine Flu have a chance of mutating, spreading, and becoming more deadly. Its also suspected that there are new waves of extremely deadly diseases every hundred years or so. The last one, the Spanish Flu, was in about 1909...
Do NOT under estimate swine flu. It is not your normal flu at all. It has been declared pandemic and it will get worse. Believe me it will. People of all ages are expected to die from it. It is predicted to worsen by November December time. Even healthy people too. I find it very disturbing myself.
It has to do with the timing of the swine flu. Flu season is usually from the late fall till early spring. The swine flu began late winter / early spring and still spreading, though the symptoms do not appear as severe at this time.

Child abduction cases: Need help for my course work?

I remember that last year a little girl in the states was found alive, having been abducted by a woman following a fire at the little girls house...

The childs mother recognised her and challenged the woman and was proven right...

But there was quite a big time frame... What was this childs name?

Given the current clime of this nature, ive decided for my current affairs course project to do child abduction. But just factual, not opinion..

Can anyone remember this case and her name??

    Thanks

    http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/prodi鈥?/a>

Any recommendations as to what cases would work with this model? What HTPC Cases could I get that would work with this PC?
Most HTPC cases *would* work, but I would instead consider 1 of 2 options.

Option 1: Get a good mid-tower case with silent fans instead.

Option 2: Build your own PC with components that are intended for a silent computing environment and put THEM in an HTPC case.

The reason I don't recommend what you're trying to do is that your components *may* fit into an HTPC case, but they weren't picked for that sort of environment, and thus are likely to run much hotter and die sooner. Getting a tower that has very well designed airflow with big quiet fans is a better option to keep everything cool and quiet as can be.

Option 2 is only if you absolutely require an HTPC case. Again, to do with heat, if you pick components that are designed to work in a close and silent environment, you won't be doing damage to them when they don't get the kind of airflow that cheaper OEM parts need.

Me, my brother-in-law, and a friend are going fishing for a few hours. How many cases of Bud should we bring?

It depends on where you are fishing.

You might need to bring Molsen, Labbats or OV if fishing in Canada.

Roling Rock if fishing near Latrobe PA.

Bud might not scare the fish away in Lake Michigan.

Better bring a case each and a bottle of Quervo just in case!Me, my brother-in-law, and a friend are going fishing for a few hours. How many cases of Bud should we bring?
Reminds me of a Jeff Foxworthy joke.

';If you've ever been too drunk to fish... You might be a redneck.';Me, my brother-in-law, and a friend are going fishing for a few hours. How many cases of Bud should we bring?
At least 3. Thats 1 a piece, you can always take left overs home.
NONE!! , you're going fishing not drinking
I say 2 six packs for each of you. Bud and Iron City are the best
I would bring an 18-pak for the boat and a 6-pak for the drive back

    good luck!
OMG how big are the fish stories going to be.

I agree an 18 pack should be sufficient.

Bring a big cooler and ice for the beer so you have room for the fish.

Wear sunglasses and sunscreen and crackers to munch on.
    None!!!
3,but don't get too far from the beer store.
DONT FORGET SOME BEER FOR THE FISHIES, THEY NEED SOME TO
One case, and two bags of ice should do it.
Screw the beer. Bring whiskey instead. It's more potent and you can each bring your own bottle without taking up a lot of space on the boat. Drink responsibly.
    truck load
Zero...If your going to fish ...fish .If your going to drink ..don't fish!!!
At least 6 cases !!!!!!!! But don't bring any bait though, it will interfere with your drinking !!!!!!!!!
Only enough for 2 people. One of you has to drive home!
At least 2. Don't forget the snacks!

Do immediate family members have more rights to a adopted family members over guardianship in court cases?

my wife is trying to give guardianship of my three year old daughter over to her adopted parents dose immediate family have more rights to the child

Do immediate family members have more rights to a adopted family members over guardianship in court cases?
If you're asking if you, as the father have more rights to your child then your wife's parents, then yes. But if your asking if biological grandparents or other family members have more rights to the child then adoptive grandparents, then no, her parents are legally seen as equal to yours. Do immediate family members have more rights to a adopted family members over guardianship in court cases?
If I'm reading you right, your wife was adopted at some time in her life, is that correct? If so, the courts would consider her parents to be just that, her parents. Not her adoptive parents, not her non-biological parents....just her parents.

Once that is established then you must ask yourself if the court considers her parents to be immediate family and if they would consider her parents more suitable then you. If you have established your paternity of the child then I would have your lawyer make that argument. Personally, I would think that, baring any reasons why you could not take the child (abuse, criminal convictions for offenses dealing with minors....) then you should get first shot.

Again, take it to a lawyer and see what he/she can do for you. Either way, you will need one if you want to fight this.

The original Xbox had a Pentium processor, the Xbox 360 has custom PowerPC and not Intel processing (so Windows and other operating systems designed for x86 architecture like Linux etc. will not run on it).

So it's pretty pointless putting non-PC architecture into a PC when it will not run as one.

my wife is trying to give guardianship of my three year old daughter over to her adopted parents dose immediate family have more rights to the child Do immediate family members have more rights to a adopted family members over guardianship in court cases?
Depends on the State you live in, Get a lawyer or go to legal aid. Do immediate family members have more rights to a adopted family members over guardianship in court cases?
If I am reading this right, your child will be given to her maternal grandparents? Besides you and your wife, they are considered immediate family (Whether or not they are her parents through blood or adoption)

Once an adoption is finalized, the rights and responsibilites of the parents are the same as if the child was biologically theirs. This is the same case with Grandparents too. Blood relatives have no more rights than adoptive relatives
id try re listing this question over in the adoption section, there a pretty knowledgeable bunch over there when it comes to this kind of thing. also I'm not sure where your from but i know in australia that grandparents do have some rights but not more so than the biological parents. unless of course there's some history of violence or abandonment, drug use, etc etc. ( I'm not implying thar you have any of these issues going on) id get a lawyer and quickly b4 its too late
You have more rights to your daughter unless the courts say otherwise then she can recommend who she wants to have guardianship but in the end the courts will decide what is in the best interest of the child. Usually maternal family is first in line followed by paternal family but that isn't always the case and you can choose to have it set up so someone else can take guardianship as long as they are found fit to raise a child.
I have heard that biological has first rights , as long as they can prove they are fit to handle things according to the courts.

Do you really want to take advice from a guy drinking White Zin out of the bottle?I got 12 in of snow, 2 cases of beer, and a new plasma. What should I do tonight?
    1. Put beer in the snow to chill, right now.

    2. Clap your hands; the snow's beautiful, however annoying it gets.

    3. Make absolutely sure the TV set works.

    4. If it works and the electricity doesn't fail, retrieve your favorite DVDs and

    5. Check the TV schedule just in case something watchable is permitted.

    6. Activate your battery-operated radio, which should work even if the electricity quits.

    7. Make a wish the electricity doesn't just poop out.

    8. Read a book, magazine, etc.

    9. When the time comes to watch or tune in a TV program, movie, etc.,get out a nice glass and one beer.

    10. Open and then pour the beer and drink it--slowly. One way or the other, you're going to need it. In case of failure, or in case you have a free evening.

Happy holidays!I got 12 in of snow, 2 cases of beer, and a new plasma. What should I do tonight?
You can have a blood products tranfusion with the plasma, that is, if you have the proper tools. You might build a snow man but do not bring it inside, no matter how lonely you are, trust me, it is a bad situation if you do. I am not sure what you would want with the beer for alcohol tastes terrible!
Drink, watch porn and go to bed. You know, what you usually do whether it's snowing or not.
Put your beers in the snow to chill !
Get drunk, go sledging then watch crap TV
    Go out for dinner :-D
watch christmas movies, drink, and invite me over.

First, A Word For Our Sponsors: YOU

When the Natural Solutions Foundation shared our analysis of the weaponization of the Avian Flu with you in 2008, we got thousands of emails asking us what to do to protect ourselves. What does Dr. Laibow use?.

We said very clearly that while the weaponized Avian Flu Virus might not react the way other pathogens did, we predicted that it would be killed by contact with Nano Silver, a finely divided type of silver which kills all known disease-causing agents or pathogens and which is sold as a Dietary Supplement in the US. I was very clear that the Avian Flu organism might or might not respond the same way. As it happened, later information let us know that we were correct: Nano silver DOES, indeed, kill the weaponized Avian Flu virus as it kills all known micro-organisms except beneficial ones. The US government says that people marketing silver products are not allowed to tell you this truthful information.

We told you, within our private, opt-in expressive association, of the truth as we see it. To receive information like this is exactly why you opted into our Health Freedom Action eAlert - http://www. healthfreedomusa.org/?page_id=187. Please be assured, so long as an open and free Internet exists, we will speak truth to power... for you and for all humans who are facing this ';time of plague'; together.

    On to the Engineered Pandemic

The predicted, or perhaps I should say, ';promised'; pandemic may very well be upon us. This is, as sure as God made little green apples, a totally man-made event, with a totally man-made pathogen (disease-causing agent). The WHO, US Government and MMD (media of mass deception) have been ramping up, ramping up, ramping up. But there is no honest virologist in the world who can look you in the eye and say that this virus had any chance whatsoever of having self-assembled genes...

I'd love to help you, but there are many, many cases with the names ';Lopez'; and ';Morrison.'; what are the full case names?

But in general, what the question is asking is this -- in both McCulloch and Gibbons (These two cases, I know) the court created certain precedents (e.g. the implied powers of Congress).

So the question is, do your two cases fallin line with the rulings of McCulloch and Gibbons, or is the court saying something different?

Brown v. Board of Education was about equality of african american students in school.

The Warren Court was certainly the most famous. Most of the court rulings we know by name, from elementary school, come from this court. Brown v. Board of Education, Reynolds v. Sims, Miranda v. Arizona. (i.e. Miranda rights) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warren_cour鈥?/a>

Earl Warren was a right-wing, almost reactionary judge whom the Republicans were drooling to get on the US Supreme Court. They finally get him approved, and he goes and pushes the liberal view of ';Brown v Board of Education!'; (Little Rock, ARK school segregation struck down). Over and over again, Warren backed the more liberal interpretations of laws of the 50s and 60s.

When will Blu-Ray cases drop the blue color?

When will Blu-Ray movies stop having that horrible blue color to the case?

I think it ruins the artwork of many titles and it's one of the reasons I'm still holding back. I don't want to start my collection with these cases only to have them re-released sometime down the road in a much cooler case. This is like having snap cases compared to keep cases. When will Blu-Ray cases drop the blue color?
The blue is there to visually distinguish them from DVDs. The case sizes differ as well, but as long as DVDs are still around the Blu-ray case must have a distinct appearance so grandma doesn't buy the wrong version.

Personally, I don't mind. It seems a bit unusual that someone would ignore the brilliant resolution of Blu-ray just because the box they come in is a little tacky. The case just holds the disc. The brilliance is inside it.When will Blu-Ray cases drop the blue color?
Okay, you're ';holding off'; on starting your collection because the cases are blue? And these people are the idiots?!

[[';Now go back to buying your fullscreen DVDs since they fill the whole screen so you're obviously getting more...';]]

The only reason you even TRY to use this as an insult is because you just figured this out yourself.

    --------------------------------------鈥?br>

For one, you're stating assumptions as fact, so I just did the same. You don't KNOW that they're going to drop the blue case design (in fact, I doubt they will). You ASSUME that the people here don't know the difference between wide and full-screen DVDs. And, you make a generalized statement based on a couple of (admittedly stupid) answers you've received.

Being that I'm a part of that generalization, if you toss insults my way, I'm going to shoot some right back at you. You get a couple of ';off'; answers and suddenly get a little attitude. Unfortunately, it's contagious and you're just going to get attitude right back.

Back to the question at hand... I, personally, have seen no indication that the packaging style will be changed in the near future - if at all. I actually like the blue case design. I have a fairly large collection so far. Should they change it, opening my case to view my mismatched collection may not maintain its aesthetic appearance.
As of now, there's no news on a new design for the case cover. I believe the reason being for the blue color is to grab consumers attention. Since they're still trying to attract first time buyers, they want to make sure that people see it. It's marketing. Eventually, they'll clean up the look.
They are not gonna change the blue covered cases. Blu ray is blue because its a blue laser reading the disc... Its not gonna be red or green or another color because it wont make any sense to change it.
I think it makes it easy to pick the br,s from regular ones.
The reason for the ';blue'; is that the laser that is used is blue. Its not a gimmick or anything else. The blue laser that used in the Blu-Ray was developed in the 90's with an originally ten thousand dollars plus. When it was introduced in to the open market it was selling for $1000 in 2006 and now it is down to $250 area.

In which of the following cases must Ecell be equal to zero?

    a) In any cell at eqilibrium

    b) In a concentration cell

    c) E0 can never be Zero

    d) choices A and B are both correctIn which of the following cases must Ecell be equal to zero?
the whole point of an electrochemical cell is that there is a transfer of charge from one side to the other, thats how batteries work! It is possible to have a cell with no e- transfer and therefore E = 0, however that would only occur if both electrodes were the same in which case it would not be a cell, so the only answer acceptable is C.
