I am purchasing an iPod touch soon and have been debating with myself weather to get a leather case or one of those rubber cases or if I should get a clear case. How do the clear cases work?? Surely they cant absorb shock??

The clear cases are just hard plastic cases that cover the ipod. If you drop them they will crack, but your ipod wont wont get damaged.
