Do you think modern-day cases like Lopez, and Morrison consistent with McCulloch and Gibbons?

this is actually my homework

but i dont get what does it mean consistent.... help please!Do you think modern-day cases like Lopez, and Morrison consistent with McCulloch and Gibbons?
I'd love to help you, but there are many, many cases with the names ';Lopez'; and ';Morrison.'; what are the full case names?

But in general, what the question is asking is this -- in both McCulloch and Gibbons (These two cases, I know) the court created certain precedents (e.g. the implied powers of Congress).

So the question is, do your two cases fallin line with the rulings of McCulloch and Gibbons, or is the court saying something different?
