Are California Superior Court trial cases publishing in the official citations?

No, trial court opinions are not subject to publication nor citable as authority in California. However, opinions of the Appellate Division of the superior court (a 3-judge court which hears appeals in misdemeanor and infraction cases, and in minor civil cases (but not small claims)), can be published, and have some precedential value.Are California Superior Court trial cases publishing in the official citations?
