Are there any documented cases where a female was able to conceive after a total hysterectomy?

no way, that would be impossibleAre there any documented cases where a female was able to conceive after a total hysterectomy?
Total hysterectomy, vs simple hysterectomy implies removal of the ovaries also. If there is something suspect in you or someone you know (ie enlarging belly), and they have had both ovaries and uterus removed, it is tumor until proven otherwise.
No, a hysterectomy involves removing the uterus, where the baby grows. Women who have them don't get periods either because there's not uterine linging to shed. Hm, what a concept.
