Well, I heard a joke about it?





When a dentist was about to pull a Judges' tooth out, the judge stopped him and said ';Now do you swear to pull the tooth, the whole tooth, and nothing but the tooth?';

Swearing in for court hearings and depositions. Its also used to swear in witnesses to congressional hearings, including impeachment hearings.





And of course, anybody creates a mock trial, you'll here it there too.
