I heard when someone dies, they lose control of their bowels and things get messy. Is this true in all cases?

I work with the elder population and have seen it both ways, but yes, there is usually a mess.I heard when someone dies, they lose control of their bowels and things get messy. Is this true in all cases?
We watch CSI and they have said the same thing. When you die, everything relaxes and therefore your bodily functions also relax.

Though you may know people who have been with someone when they have died, it would not be something that you talk about when someone dies! that is just rude!!I heard when someone dies, they lose control of their bowels and things get messy. Is this true in all cases?
I don't think so. I've never heard of this from anyone who was with someone when they died. This is definitely an interesting question though...=)

Anyway, my answer would be no, it is not true in all cases.
Yeah when you do allyour muscles become loose and you throw up, poop, piss and anything else that might come out of you.
Things relax--stuff happens!!
I heard the same and also if someone has a heart attack that they crap themselves. I wonder...hmm....
